  • Manage residential collections and issue disconnect orders as required.
  • Facilitate payment extensions, pledges, payment arrangements, and deferred payment plans.
  • Process one-time approved waivers and assist in fraud-related investigations.
  • Maintain and organize customer files, forms, and correspondence.
  • Research and resolve billing and usage disputes.
  • Mail customer documents via postal service.
  • Support billing and transaction tasks on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong math and analytical skills necessary to address and resolve billing issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, NEISO, PUC, and/or TDSP/TDU standards.
