Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Clinical Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring the effective implementation of patient care plans.
  2. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare team members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  3. Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  4. Safety and Risk Management: Recognize and mitigate potential safety risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
  5. Staff Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  6. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
  • AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
  • Ability to speak and understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome applicants with:

  • Minimum of 2 years acute care, medical-surgical or home health experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year Home Care experience desired.
