Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

Softpath System is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and expansion of our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients regularly to build relationships and identify new sales opportunities
  • Drive new sales revenue by proposing client product solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients, including 'C' level executives, to discuss services and identify areas for improvement
  • Act as liaison between the client and internal teams, including implementation and operations, to address customer issues and retention
  • Work with clients to identify business drivers and connect them with our offerings
  • Manage all transactions related to the account, including VMS and communication with client coordinators
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assist with the placement process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of farming, creating new opportunities, and growing customer relationships
  • Strong experience in account management and sales with multi-national enterprises
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to negotiate long-term business contracts
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work off business hours and different time zones as needed
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
