We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Direct Support Professional to join our team and contribute to creating safe, nurturing environments for those we support.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality support services that meet individual needs and promote independence.
- Collaborate with families and support team members to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Engage individuals in activities that promote skill acquisition and maintenance, such as daily living skills, socialization, and leisure activities.
- Address challenging behaviors and crises with care and professionalism, documenting progress and observations accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to OSH policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:

- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education from a foreign country.
- One year of related work experience or education in the Human or Social Services field, with advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Active CPR and First Aid certification renewed every two years.
- Successful completion of orientation and DSP training program with a score of 80% or greater.
Benefits:
