Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Support Services: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, household management, and transportation, as outlined in their individualized support plans (ISPs).
  • Behavioral Support: Implement behavioral treatment plans and accurately document progress, using crisis prevention strategies to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
  • Community Involvement: Encourage and support individuals in participating in community activities, developing skills, and exploring interests that enhance their quality of life.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; active CPR and First Aid certification; successful completion of orientation and DSP training program.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking; reliable transportation.

  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
