We are currently seeking an experienced Community Association Portfolio Manager in our Spokane, WA market. As a key member of our team, you will supervise associations, coordinate with Boards, vendors, and our Home Office to deliver top-notch customer service while achieving company goals.

  • Maintain client satisfaction by meeting Board expectations
  • Attend and prepare for annual and general meetings
  • Manage vendor proposals, risk management, insurance, maintenance, and architectural requests
  • Coordinate staff
  • Collect invoices and code for payment, follow up on monthly assessments due
  • Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
  • Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for boards
  • Manage association onboarding and exit processes
Key Requirements
  • Hold valid licensing in some states
  • Prior experience in community management
  • Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
