Join Our Team as a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals through coaching, community support, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fitness consultations with new members, including goal setting, body scan and fitness assessment, sample workout, and recommendation of our training programs.
  • Deliver high-quality, pre-programmed 1-on-1 and group workouts with energy and safety.
  • Educate clients on safe and effective training regimens, provide nutrition guidance, and promote recovery.
  • Drive client success through session attendance and metric tracking.
  • Administer body scan technology and interpret results.
  • Engage with digital coaching platforms to assist and motivate clients outside of the club.
  • Provide excellent customer service through member engagement and client accountability.
  • Partner with the member sales team to promote membership growth.
  • Attend weekly/monthly team meetings.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Demonstrate a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or certified within 90 days of employment.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified or become certified within 90 days of employment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength/power training, and program design.
  • Strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting.
  • Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities, and goals.
  • Appetite for delivering coaching services virtually through in-app messaging, video chatting, and more.
  • Strong communication skills and team player.
  • Flexible schedule, days/night and weekends.
Preferred Requirements:
  • 1 year of personal training experience.
  • Previous sales experience.
