Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Experience: Ensure that every member has a positive and engaging experience at our gym, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales by executing on key metrics and drivers, including lead generation, appointment setting, and guest conversion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Membership Specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales and service goals.
  • Weekend Management: Assist the General Manager in planning and executing weekend operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Guest Experience/Team Member Experience: Ensure that our gym is a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused environment that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of management experience supervising 3-10 employees, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
