We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Randstad US.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to promote services to new and existing customers, provide support to field sales teams, and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.

In this role, you will also be responsible for generating quotes, coordinating order entry, and communicating requirements to relevant personnel. You will expedite orders to ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs and build strong relationships with category buyers to drive sales growth.

You will perform customer service and account maintenance, including scorecard and portal management. You will review orders for accuracy, coordinate order entry, and share necessary information with internal departments, external customers, and sales teams.
