Job Summary:

Edgesource Corporation is seeking an experienced Expert Program Analyst to conduct program oversight, systems engineering, integration, technical performance analysis, governance, and policy. This role requires a strong background in strategic planning, technical analysis, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing strategic goals and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, and developing knowledge management repositories.
  • Technical Analysis: Analyze portfolios of systems, tools, and applications, and develop enterprise artifacts for implementation.
  • Program Management: Assist with project planning and management, provide program and enterprise integration of projects, and develop standard processes.
  • Resource Allocation: Perform resource allocation analysis, develop metrics, and provide performance summaries.
  • Technical Expertise: Identify and assess capabilities, provide technical subject matter expertise, and develop recommendations for incorporation of new technologies.
  • Communication: Develop and manage incorporation/integration of solutions into multiple enterprises, including defining/mitigating issues, decision points, and other dependencies.
  • Policy Development: Develop policies and support governance and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance: Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelors and 10+ years of related work experience, 7 years experience in support of the Intelligence Community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Education: Master's/PhD degree or advanced education in a relevant field.
  • IC Experience: Experience in IC strategy, planning processes, documents, and significant knowledge of IC structure and capabilities.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Experience in quantitative analytic projects.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Tableau, Excel, VBA, and/or Python.
