Position Overview:
We are seeking an Expert Program Analyst to take charge of program oversight, focusing on systems engineering, integration, technical performance evaluation, governance, and policy development. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the formulation of strategic objectives, ensuring technical viability.
- Conduct thorough analyses of system portfolios, tools, and applications.
- Evaluate capabilities and provide informed technical recommendations.
- Propose new technologies and establish evaluation criteria.
- Deliver presentations, briefings, and documentation to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- A bachelor's degree accompanied by over 10 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's/PhD) or higher education in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in strategic planning within the Intelligence Community.
- In-depth knowledge of the structure and capabilities of the Intelligence Community.
- Experience in quantitative analysis projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Excel, VBA, and/or Python.
