Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the BDC Manager to arrange service appointments and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay updated on service modifications, recalls, and necessary maintenance to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • Work a 5-day week, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for calculations like discounts and pricing.
  • Follow instructions accurately to arrange appointments and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clean driving history and valid driver's license are essential for this role.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a drive for success are crucial for this position.
  • Capable of multitasking effectively and handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Convince and schedule appointments with customers persuasively, using strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Professional phone etiquette is required for this role.
  • Experience in the automotive field is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
