Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Secord Insurance. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information.


Estimated Annual Salary

$55,000, plus commission.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone and email.
  • Document all customer interactions, detailing inquiries and actions taken.
  • Perform complex clerical duties, including policy changes, payments, and data entry.
  • Handle customer information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Meet requirements for attendance and punctuality.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS.
  • Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
  • Pass the licensing exam within 60 days of hire.
