  • Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate MPC algorithms into flight control systems, ensuring harmonious interaction with other control elements.
  • Perform simulations and practical testing to optimize MPC parameters and enhance overall system efficacy.
  • Work alongside the R&D team to investigate novel strategies and advancements in control systems for aerospace uses.
  • Evaluate system requirements and limitations to formulate MPC strategies that adhere to rigorous safety and performance standards.
  • Enhance algorithms for real-time execution on embedded platforms, taking into account computational efficiency and resource limitations.
  • Document the development process thoroughly, providing clear and detailed technical reports and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Control Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundation in control theory, particularly in Model Predictive Control (MPC).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and applying MPC algorithms in practical settings, ideally within the aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and Python.
  • Experience with embedded systems and real-time control applications.
  • Solid understanding of system dynamics, optimization methods, and numerical techniques.
  • Ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical implementations, delivering robust and dependable control solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with flight control systems and aerospace industry standards.
  • Familiarity with sensor fusion, state estimation, and robust control methodologies.
  • Knowledge of safety-critical systems and DO-178C certification processes.

Core Values:

  • Practical Implementation: We seek individuals who excel at translating theory into practice. A proven track record of implementing algorithms that function reliably in real-world scenarios is essential.
  • Innovation: We appreciate creativity and a forward-thinking mindset. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the future of aerospace technologies.
