Position Overview:
GeoLogics Corporation is in search of a skilled Engineering Technologist to collaborate with our esteemed aerospace and defense clients.
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid
Work Schedule: 9/80 (with alternating Fridays off), 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Remote work options available on select days.
Compensation: $54.00 per hour
Note: U.S. citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulates maintenance protocols, detailing the necessary steps, equipment, tools, timeframes, and personnel needed.
  • Inputs maintenance protocols and related task data into a comprehensive database.
  • Offers technical insights for evaluations to identify the most cost-efficient methods for executing maintenance tasks throughout the system's lifecycle.
  • Recognizes and specifies which components of a system are eligible for repair or replacement.
  • Creates and revises technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance, while contributing to technical presentations.
  • Delivers project technical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in developing maintenance procedures is essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Slicwave, Eagle, or PowerLOGj software.
  • A minimum of 1 year in Maintenance Task Development is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Maintainability Engineer, Logistics Engineer, or RAM Engineer, with a focus on developing maintenance tasks and utilizing Slicwave, Eagle, or PowerLOGj software.
