Position: Maintenance Technician

Company Overview: SEKISUI Aerospace is a leader in designing and manufacturing composite structures for both commercial and military aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system challenges
  • Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities
  • Align maintenance tasks with production schedules to reduce downtime
  • Provide management with maintenance cost estimates
  • Oversee spare parts inventory management
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in operating tools and forklifts
  • Physical capabilities include standing, sitting, lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years in a maintenance role is required.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in computer applications is advantageous.

Work Environment:

Exposure to moving machinery, fumes, vibrations, and chemicals is part of the role.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Provided according to the specific position and exposure levels.

Work Schedule:

Shifts available include day and swing, with opportunities for overtime as necessary.
