Psychological Services Supervisor

Are you a qualified Clinical Supervisor with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children, youth, and families? Radius Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for dedicated professionals to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure that our behavioral health providers deliver exceptional patient care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled behavioral health practitioners in a collaborative and supportive setting. It is essential to be a BBS qualified supervisor. This position comes with a retention bonus of $5,000 after one year of service.

- Full-time schedule, typically Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise care staff, manage caseload allocations, and coordinate activities related to mental health and substance abuse treatment while conducting performance evaluations
- Provide leadership and training for the crisis response team
- Actively engage in meetings, case reviews, and supervisory sessions
- Participate in patient care by developing service provision plans
- Conduct assessments and manage cases, revising care plans for patients as necessary, and collaborating with billing providers during psych consultations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or PhD license
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- Completion of the BBS Supervisory Training Course
- Must be licensed in California or eligible for licensure
