Job Title: RN Full-Time Position

At LCS Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:

The RN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, delegating and supervising the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, documenting treatment, and reporting changes in resident condition.
  • Delegate and supervise the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Ensure that all residents receive timely and effective care, including responding to emergencies and providing emotional support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in nursing care and to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR - Healthcare Provider) certification.
  • Minimum of one year of Medical-Surgical, Long-term care, or Home Care nursing experience preferred.
