As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Grow Customer Base: Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop Insurance Quotes: Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and develop customized quotes to meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Proficiency in Property & Casualty insurance products and services.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
