Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising and Partnership Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and programs. This includes building relationships with donors, corporations, and community partners, as well as identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a network of donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners to support our fundraising efforts.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and individual donations.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns.
• Provide regular progress reports to our leadership team and board of directors.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least three years of experience in fundraising and development, or
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred with at least three years of experience in fundraising and/or development.
