Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing in-depth technical knowledge and insights about TopQuadrant's product offerings to support sales initiatives.
  • Engaging with customers through demonstrations, visioning sessions, and collaborative meetings to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
  • Acting as the primary technical resource for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues during pre-sales and onboarding phases.
  • Collaborating proactively with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Contributing to documentation efforts related to TopQuadrant's products, internal knowledge resources, and training materials.
  • Participating in marketing initiatives by engaging in webinars, videos, and presentations.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and regularly interacting with senior leadership.
  • Building and developing a team within 12-18 months.
