Job Description:

The Serigor Inc client is seeking a highly skilled candidate to architect, develop, test, and support the Retirement Division's pension administration system, ORBIT, with new development initiatives and operational support.

This includes completing enhancements to the ORBIT system dictated by legislative changes passed in prior legislative sessions with upcoming mandated implementation dates to support the new laws.

The candidate will serve as part of a 16-person development team overall, with specific projects having teams between 4 and 9 development team members at various points in those project schedules.


Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct business process automation analysis and system architecture
• Collaborate with business analysts on implementing business requirements and use cases developed
• Design and develop systems using Microsoft .NET languages and technologies
• Implement testing methodologies, including building out automated unit tests for all code developed
• Develop test plans and execute them
• Automate and integrate systems with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
• Develop reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services
• Integrate with Workflow technologies

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on large enterprise systems
• Strong expertise in .NET Programming, Microsoft SQL Server, System Analysis and Design, and Azure DevOps
• 5+ years of experience as a Principal Architect on a complex, enterprise-level system
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead on a complex, enterprise-level system
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
