As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely deliveries to customers, meeting productivity targets, and managing inventory levels. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring timely deliveries to customers
  • Meeting productivity targets
  • Managing systems processes
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring products are accounted for
  • Organizing storage to maximize space and productivity
  • Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of merchandise
  • Implementing safety protocols and ensuring staff are working safely
  • Managing warehouse staff, including coordinating schedules

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of driving experience, with a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a good driving record
  • Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience, as well as route management, retail, and merchandising experience
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment, such as box trucks and handcarts
  • Familiarity with food and beverage experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis

As a Warehouse Operations Manager at Compass Group, North America, you will be offered a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, plus benefits, including a retirement plan, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, voluntary benefits, and more.
