We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Marian Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to patients, while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Description
As a Speech Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients to assess their speech and language abilities
  • Developing personalized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Administering speech therapy interventions, including assessments and therapies
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in speech-language pathology, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $88,630 - $128,200, based on industry standards and location.
