Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team at beBee Professionals in Santa Maria, United States.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with patients to help improve their physical mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function after injury or illness.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance their quality of life.
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and post-treatment care to ensure optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to inform treatment decisions.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
  • At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • BLS certification required, with ongoing education and professional development encouraged.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of patients and the healthcare team.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
