Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $54,000 - $65,000 based on experience, depending on the candidate's qualifications and years of experience in a similar position. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting speech-language pathologists in assessing and developing communication plans for students
  • Implementing individualized communication strategies and techniques to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective communication among team members
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and administrators
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Active State of California SLPA licensure
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a speech therapy setting, preferably in a school environment
  • School experience preferred but not required
Caseload and Schedule

This position involves a caseload of up to 55 students in PreK-12th grade, with a maximum of 37.5 hours per week. The job type is full-time (onsite), and we require U.S. work authorization.
