Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to provide therapeutic services to patients in Santa Maria, United States. As a vital member of our team at beBee Professionals, you will play a key role in helping individuals recover and improve their ability to perform daily tasks.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in the United States. A strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices is essential for this position. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

In this role, you will assess patients' conditions and develop personalized therapy plans to address their physical, emotional, or developmental challenges. You will also help patients regain independence by improving their ability to perform everyday tasks and providing adaptive equipment as needed.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
