How You Will Make an Impact

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized customer engagement at a high level.
Act as a comprehensive resource for customers, offering relevant product insights, community connections, and activity recommendations.

Exhibit a willingness to learn and share knowledge about products, activities, and community initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Meet sales and productivity targets by utilizing all available resources to fulfill customer needs.

Support the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, including but not limited to product presentation, store cleanliness, and inventory replenishment.

Perform cashier duties as required.
Assist in implementing all Loss Prevention strategies.
Contribute to the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.
What You Bring
Required
Ability to genuinely connect with a diverse range of customers.
Experience in customer service.
Capacity to collaborate, work effectively in a team, and adapt to changing environments.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs; availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge, experience, and/or eagerness to learn about products, activities, and community relevant to the customer base.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software applications.
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, tablets, phones, copier, etc.).
Standing required for the duration of the work shift.
Bend, lift, open, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
Utilize ladders for visual merchandising, light adjustments, and window displays.
