Compensation Range:
$83,616 - $133,765 annually
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare clinical financial analysis
Compensation offers are based on the candidate's relevant experience, educational background, and internal equity considerations.

Position Overview:
The role involves delivering intricate operational assessments to management and team members, encompassing both clinical and financial data. Responsibilities include gathering information and conducting evaluations of both new and ongoing services while tracking performance metrics.

Engagement in initiatives such as service line evaluation and strategic planning is essential, which includes pinpointing critical factors for success, evaluating operational and financial outcomes, executing clinical assessments, analyzing market share and utilization trends, and recognizing best practices.

Qualifications Required for the Role:
5 years of experience as a healthcare clinical financial analyst
Proven expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and both operational and capital budgeting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong decision support capabilities, including data gathering, financial analysis, and experience in crafting and delivering presentations at the management level.
Experience in process enhancement, project management, and leadership in problem-solving is necessary.
Familiarity with both hospital and non-hospital care services.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a healthcare-related discipline
Master's degree
