Position Overview:
This is a full-time, permanent role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are seeking a motivated individual with a foundational background in Accounting or Finance to support our financial operations.


Role Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the Regional CFO, assisting in various reporting tasks and ensuring effective communication regarding accounting requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing necessary reports for the Regional CFO
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the division
  • Maintaining organized records of reports in executive binders
  • Updating capital allocation forecasts across all divisions
  • Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and its revisions


Work Environment:
This position is ideal for those who excel in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting and are eager to advance their careers.


Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000, with an annual bonus potential of $10,000 to $15,000.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance capacity
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • A valid driver's license
  • Current residency in the state
