Position: Financial Analyst – Residential Development
Company: NW Recruiting Partners
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support the Regional CFO in performing detailed quantitative evaluations of financial data related to residential development. This position is pivotal in conducting thorough reviews of budgets and anticipated expenses, as well as executing financial research and analysis on designated projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and prepare essential reports and analyses as requested by the CFO.
- Work collaboratively with the CFO and Controller to develop the annual Business Plan for the region.
- Manage the capital allocation forecasts across all divisions within the region.
- Evaluate proposed land acquisitions and partner with divisions on forecasting methodologies.
- Provide critical financial insights to the CFO.
- Monitor divisional performance against key performance indicators in comparison to current and previous year budgets.
- Communicate accounting requirements effectively to colleagues in non-financial roles.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Assist the CFO with the annual budgeting process and ongoing updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or training.
- Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
