Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, marketing Renu's services to clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, asset managers, and owner/operators to promote Renu's services.
  • Market Renu's services through various channels, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, and luncheons.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed and customer needs are met.
  • Document and maintain field work and activity through Dynamics.
  • Act as the company's representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Generate business leads and promote all Renu Verticals and National presence.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Experience in the renovation and construction industry, preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States, with occasional overnight travel.
