Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, marketing Renu's services to clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, asset managers, and owner/operators to promote Renu's services.
- Market Renu's services through various channels, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, and luncheons.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed and customer needs are met.
- Document and maintain field work and activity through Dynamics.
- Act as the company's representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Generate business leads and promote all Renu Verticals and National presence.
- 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- Experience in the renovation and construction industry, preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the United States, with occasional overnight travel.
