Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and organize data from various sources.
  • Verify the completeness of information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Input necessary data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets with precision.

  • Monitor case file progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate requests for additional information as required.
  • Select pertinent information from diverse sources to create documents, reports, summaries, and responses to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Perform word processing tasks relevant to cases.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on case statuses.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Telework Eligibility: This position is not currently approved for telework and requires onsite work.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Ability to understand the organization and functions of the customer.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in data entry.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Capability to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software, with intermediate skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.

Citizenship Requirement: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a minimum background investigation of 7 (or 10) years.

Note: The 20% pay differential is contingent upon the customer's order for services and requires an Active Top-Secret security clearance.
