Senior IT LabWare Analyst

As a Senior IT LabWare Analyst at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of Labware LIMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Labware LIMS software to support laboratory operations
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolve system issues, and troubleshoot errors related to Labware LIMS and other lab systems
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to understand their needs and translate them into Labware LIMS configurations
  • Lead and participate in LIMS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
  • Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering, and implementing enhancement requests across departments
  • Acting as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives
  • Managing system documentation tasks, including converting User Requirement Specifications to Detailed Design Specifications, writing Configuration Test Plans, and creating summary reports
  • Working with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach
  • Coordinating with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Enjoy both collaborating with a team as well as working independently to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Enjoy driving a creative mindset and collaborating to design, implement, and modify code or configuration, or discover ways to simplify business processes
  • Exhibit a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience for IT Applications Analyst
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience for Senior IT Applications Analyst
