As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and sterilizing operating rooms, assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, and managing surgical supplies.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and sterilize operating rooms and equipment to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients and surgical staff.
- Assist surgeons during procedures, handing off instruments and supplies with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment by following strict safety and infection control guidelines.
- Manage surgical supplies, ensuring that everything is ready and available when needed.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations and anticipate their needs.
- Colorado Surgical Technologist license or the ability to obtain it before your start date.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
