Surgical Technologist

As a Surgical Tech at AdventHealth, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. You will work closely with our surgical team to prepare and maintain a sterile environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team with setting up and maintaining equipment and supplies
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and nurses as needed
- Assist with draping and covering the operating and instrument tables
- Perform appropriate counts with the circulator prior to the operation, before incision is closed and as needed
