Public Sector Capture Manager

Lenovo is seeking a skilled Public Sector Capture Manager to support our field sales teams and strategic partners in developing winning strategies and proposals for government contracts and large strategic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and drive all capture and proposal development activities
- Provide meaningful metrics and reports to leadership related to upcoming RFP's and pursuits
- Coordinate responses with internal teams (Client Managers, ISG, Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, Legal, Sales, and Partners)
- Monitor and control each pursuit, identifying and escalating risks as needed
- Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders with action items and owners
- 8+ years of experience in the Public Sector Capture field, including proposal development, business development, opportunity tracking, and research
- Strong organizational abilities, solid writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels and subject matter experts
- Experience in the technology industry
