Job Overview
Decker is seeking an experienced CDL-A Company Driver to join our team. As a Reefer OTR Driver, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated freight across the country, averaging 1,900 to 2,300 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Operating a 53 ft. reefer trailer, pulling Reefer OTR routes
• Traveling east of the Rockies, with occasional drop-n-hook opportunities
• Maintaining a clean and safe driving record, adhering to CSA regulations
• Participating in the company's safety program, including regular vehicle inspections and maintenance

Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive pay, with a minimum guarantee of $1,000 per week
• Opportunities for pay increases, up to $.70 cpm
• Monthly bonus opportunities, up to $.05 cpm
• Per diem pay, $.10 cpm
• Military pay incentives, up to $.02 cpm
• Trailer washout pay, $15 per trailer
• Stop pay, $15.00 per pickup and delivery
• Detention pay, $20/hour, capped at $200 per 24 hour period
• Layover pay, $75 for 24 hours, $100 for subsequent 24 hour periods
• Breakdown pay, $100 for 1st day, $150 for 2nd day, $200 for 3rd+ days
• Short haul pay, varying rates based on mileage

Equipment and Amenities
• Operating a 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia
• Trucks equipped with APU, 1,800-watt Inverter, Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Satellite Programming, Microwave, Refrigerator, CB Radio, Satellite Radio Hook-ups

Requirements
• CDL-A license, with a clean driving record
• 21+ days out, 5 days home, with occasional weekends off
• Ability to pass a physical exam, and a pre-employment urinalysis and hair follicle drug test
• Ability to participate in the company's safety program, and adhere to CSA regulations

Orientation and Onboarding
• Orientation pay, $500 after completion of Orientation
• 3-day Orientation, with a rental vehicle, plane, or reimbursement for driving own vehicle
• Physicals, and drug testing, prior to starting Orientation
• Tuition reimbursement, up to $6,000, for students
