Job Overview
Decker is seeking an experienced CDL-A Company Driver to join our team. As a Reefer OTR Driver, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated freight across the country, averaging 1,900 to 2,300 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate a 53 ft. reefer trailer, pulling 2020-2024 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia trucks
• Travel east of the Rockies, with occasional drop-n-hook opportunities
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record, adhering to CSA regulations
• Participate in regular safety inspections and maintenance of equipment
• Meet or exceed performance-based pay requirements

Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive pay, with a minimum guarantee of $1,000 per week
• Performance-based bonuses, up to $0.05 cpm per month
• Paid per diem, $0.10 cpm
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Orientation pay, $500 after completion of orientation

Requirements
• CDL-A license, with a clean driving record
• 6 months of experience as a CDL-A driver
• Ability to pass a physical exam and drug test
• Availability for dispatch 5 days a week
• No load refusals, 100% on-time delivery, and no CSA violations

Training and Support
• 4-week training program, including 1 week of orientation and 3 weeks with an OTR trainer
• Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000
• Ongoing support and training from experienced Decker trainers

Equipment and Amenities
• Modern, well-maintained trucks, equipped with APU, inverter, free Wi-Fi, and satellite programming
• Comfortable living quarters, with refrigerator, microwave, and CB radio
• Access to a fuel card and toll reimbursement

Location and Orientation
• Orientation held in Fort Dodge, IA, with a 3-day stay
• Traveling to orientation, with options for rental vehicle, plane, or reimbursement for driving own vehicle

Physical and Drug Requirements
• Applicants must have a complete physical within the last 6 months, certified for 6 months or longer, and does not expire within the next 3 months
• All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment urinalysis and hair follicle drug test prior to coming to orientation
