Job Summary
Decker Transportation is seeking an experienced CDL-A truck driver to join our team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) Reefer driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated freight across the country, averaging 1,900 to 2,300 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Haul refrigerated freight across the country, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate a 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia, governed at 65 mph, 68 mph on cruise control.
• Maintain accurate records of miles driven, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
• Participate in regular safety inspections and maintenance of the vehicle.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to plan routes and ensure timely delivery of freight.

Benefits
• Competitive pay, with a minimum guarantee of $1,000 per week.
• Opportunities for pay increases, up to $0.70 cpm, based on performance and experience.
• Monthly bonus opportunities, up to $0.05 cpm, based on performance.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
• Paid time off, including 21 days out and 5 days home per month.

Requirements
• Valid CDL-A license.
• 6 months of experience as a truck driver, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a physical examination and background check.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
