Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to support organizational objectives.
- Communication and Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director and other staff members.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Collect, review, and submit accurate progress reports to funders and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
- Special Projects and Miscellaneous
- Conduct research and analysis to support organizational objectives.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Bachelor's degree and/or higher degree, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
