- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Inventory Management and Budgeting
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Monitor and control departmental expenses
- Guest Services and Communication
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of previous housekeeping supervisor experience required
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
This is a full-time position that requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. The work schedule may vary and may include working on holidays and weekends or occasional alternate shifts.
