Job Overview

At DES Growth Partners, Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive strategic initiatives that support our organization's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining HR policies, overseeing recruitment and talent management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Create and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
  4. Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and promote a positive work environment.
  5. Design and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
  6. Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  7. Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  8. Develop and manage the HR department's budget.
  9. Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
  • Professional HR certifications, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, preferred.
