Newton Colmore is proud to partner with a leading biotech company in Cambridge, MA, seeking a highly skilled DMPK and ADME expert to join their research team. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the development of novel medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent DMPK across the company's research teams, designing and implementing in vivo PK studies.
  • Provide updates and results to research teams and present strategies at governance interactions.
  • Work closely with CROs to deliver routine in vitro and in vivo ADME screening/test cycles in support of project design.
  • Provide detailed analysis of data and recommendations on next steps for progressing compounds.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a pharma, CRO, or biotech setting with DMPK and ADME.
  • A strong understanding of the ADME scientific area and the ability to proactively propose new development in tools or study designs.
  • An understanding of bioanalytical methodology and metabolism/pharmacokinetic data analysis.
  • Strong academics, ideally to PhD level in chemistry, biology, or pharmacology.
