- Bachelor's Degree and ten years of experience managing complex IT projects or equivalent education and related training or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery teams.
- Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices.
- Knowledge of technology structures, business process reengineering, and operations.
- Broad view of industry and technology changes, with strong business acumen and domain expertise.
- Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
- Ability to manage a team, including identifying and recruiting talent, managing performance, and making decisions about resource allocation.
- Functional and technical knowledge of Data, Analytics, and Client data capabilities.
- Experience driving the build-out and enablement of ESG initiatives.
- Scope 1, 2, and 3 experience in coordination and delivery of applicable reporting.
- Extensive experience with data-centric solutions for the banking industry.
- Familiarity with financial processes.
- Banking or financial services experience.
- Functional and technical knowledge of data, Analytics, and Client data capabilities.
- Experience with modern cloud-based data platform tools like Snowflake, Talend, and Matillion.
- Experience with modern Data Governance tools like Alation and Manta.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel and overtime as needed. The role will involve working with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders, team members, and external partners.
