Position Overview: The Facilities Operations Manager is a pivotal role requiring extensive experience in the healthcare sector.

This position, in collaboration with the Corporate Compliance Committee, holds the authority to implement essential measures to achieve the goals of a robust compliance program. The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee support personnel, including housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring a therapeutic environment is consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Guide staff in completing project assignments within budgetary constraints and timelines.
  • Oversee daily operations of the compliance program and manage center support staff.
  • Develop and regularly update Standards of Conduct to maintain relevance and provide guidance to management and employees.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments (HR, Clinical, Medical, and Nursing) to address compliance issues through established channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Evaluate and respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, recommending investigative actions as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to a uniform system for handling compliance violations.
  • Act as an independent review body to ensure compliance concerns are appropriately evaluated and resolved.
  • Identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Formulate and implement corrective action plans to address problematic issues, offering guidance on future prevention.
  • Provide regular reports on compliance status and issues as directed.

Compensation: Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 plus benefits.
