Responsibilities
  • Carefully coordinate transplant services to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the transplant process
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in transplant care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligibility
  • Minimum three years of nursing experience in transplant, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing
  • Two years of progressive leadership experience
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise for population served with a minimum of one year in specialty area
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of clinical experience in the transplant field
  • Academic healthcare experience
  • Advanced Practice Nursing Role or Clinical Leadership experience
  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • Certification in Transplantation
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
