Helpdesk Specialist Journeyman/MCP

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Specialist Journeyman/MCP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:The Helpdesk Specialist Journeyman/MCP will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our IT leadership team to implement cost-effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware
- Collaborate with the IT leadership team to implement cost-effective technology solutions
- Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution
- Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, or mainframe applications or hardware
- 6+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on desktop operating systems and software applications
- Expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS X 10.10.X)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using endpoint management tools to provide remote support
- Microsoft certifications (MCP)
- Experience managing service requests in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues
- Ability to demonstrate experience making non-technical users comfortable with complex technology concepts
