Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch telephone assistance to customers, perform troubleshooting and repairs, and conduct training sessions for customers and Toshiba staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive telephone assistance to customers
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs in the field and in-house
- Conduct training sessions for customers and Toshiba staff
- Prepare essential documentation and maintain a centralized technical support database
Requirements:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing products
- Associate degree in a technical or electrical field
- Experience with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
- At least one year of troubleshooting and repair experience
- Attendance at in-house service training schools for products
- Skilled in using common hand/power tools, electronic test equipment, and high-voltage test equipment
- Familiarity with programming for microprocessor-based equipment, such as PLCs and computers
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to electrical work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments
