KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address departmental needs effectively.
  • Assist in recruitment initiatives for various roles within the organization.
  • Oversee job requisitions for non-exempt positions.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates and cultivate a talent pool.
  • Devise innovative sourcing strategies for open positions.
  • Support thorough investigations related to employee grievances and compliance issues.
  • Provide daily performance management support to leadership, including coaching and counseling.
  • Enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve retention rates.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends.
  • Assist in managing unemployment claims.
  • Facilitate training programs, including orientation and development sessions.
  • Develop and maintain internal communication channels to engage employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in training and meetings as required.
  • Analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions regarding turnover and engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of wellness and retention events.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and report issues to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • A focus on delivering high-quality results and customer service.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
